Adrenal fatigue steroid treatment

Vitamin D level has been 16 for a cpl yes now. My Dr. gave me vitamin D2 (plus it causes other symptoms) which did nothing for me either time she prescribed it. I later found out that D3 is better absorbed by the body- I plan to go to a Alternative Physician Feb 7th to have my labs drawn.
It’s been my experience that medical doctors don’t want to test for vitamin def.
My lingering issue is urinating frequently. Sometimes every hour (no infection gng on either- been gng on for abt 3 yrs. I’ve asked many Dr’s. and they have no idea- along with having hot flashes when my bladder wld get full. This goes on day & night-so to say I am sleeping soundly wld be a major stretch. I recently read an article that said the adrenals cold be the culprit. Can’t wait to get results from the labs this new Dr will draw. I’m soon to be 55 if the if anybody else has experienced the freq urination/hot flash combination?

Q. How do you know when your tiredness is a chronic health symptom? Sometimes I'm just overwhelmingly tired and need to lay down for awhile. Then I feel better but then I haven't accomplished a lot. At least after I rest I am able to do things again. What is Chronic Fatigue all about? A. Wow! Good question!
I tell you what- here is a very good site I use all the time. You enter a symptom and it gives you all the illnesses that have the symptom. Then you enter another symptom you have and it narrows the list.
I already entered fatigue for you:

and here is a site about chronic fatigue syndrome that you can look for differences:

Hello dear Miss Lizzy
I’am writing from France. I’ve been treated for many years only with t4 medication, whithout results. On June I began with t3t4 médication. But I was worse, so I gave up for the moment. And my doctor gave me hydrocortisone. I feel much better at this time.
I’d just like to ask you when you began to take your thyroïd medication : at the same time with hc, or a little later, or after a few weeks, or…? What is your experience ?
And you seem to think one year under hc is too much. So When can someone stop hc if good and effective thyroid medication ? Are they any signs which say, ok I can now decrease and stop hc ?
I ask to you because m’y doctor don’t know, absolutely nothing. I had to ask myself for hc…

During an illness, a person taking corticosteroids orally may take an adjusted dose to mimic the normal response of the adrenal glands to this stress on the body. Significant fever or injury may require a triple dose. Once the person recovers from the illness, dosing is then returned to regular, pre-illness levels. People with adrenal insufficiency should know how to increase medication during such periods of stress, as advised by their health care provider. Immediate medical attention is needed if severe infections, vomiting, or diarrhea occur. These conditions can lead to an adrenal crisis.

The total points are used to determine the degree of severity of your adrenal fatigue. If you ranked every question 3 (the worst) your total points would be 261 for men and 267 for women. If you scored under 40 , you either have only slight adrenal fatigue or none at all. If you scored between 44-87 for men or 45-88 for women, then overall you have a mild degree of adrenal fatigue. This does not mean that some individual symptoms are not severe, but overall your symptom picture reflects mildly fatigued adrenals. If you scored between 88-130 for men or 89-132 for women, your adrenal fatigue is moderate. If you scored above 130 for men or 132 for women, the consider yourself to be suffering from severe adrenal fatigue. Now compare the total points of the different sections with each other. This allows you to see if 1 or 2 of the sections stand out as having more signs and symptoms. They will be the most useful ones for you to watch as indicators as you improve. Seeing which sections stand out will also be helpful in developing your own recovery program.
