Human Growth Hormone is an injectable hormone that can be administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly. When injected subcutaneously, HGH carries a bioavailability of approximately seventy-five percent. When injected intramuscularly, HGH carries a bioavailability of approximately sixty-three percent. The mode of administration will also affect the half-life of the Somatropin hormone. When injected subcutaneously, it will carry a half-life of approximately hours. When injected intramuscularly, it will carry a half-life of approximately hours. While this is a rather short half-life regardless of the mode of administration, keep in mind the total effects far outlast these numbers due to the pronounced and significant increases in IGF-1 production that stretch far past the twenty-four hour mark.
I have used chemically synthesized IGF-1 LR3 at 120mcg/day before. There was some good pumps and a little bit of "hypo-feeling" at the start. I had run it during my TSTe+TRENe+Oxymeth cycle. It's hard to tell if the great pumps were not just a result of my AAS combination used in the cycle. I know a guy (former president of local NABBA association) who told me about his personal experience with using of the real recombinant IGF-1 that he were able to got once. He said that he felt like his muscles are going to explode after 1 week of using. Intensity of the pumps from rIGF-1 at only 50mcg dose were incomparable with any other substances he used before. He had to decrease the carbs intake after second week which had no negative effect on his further gains in this cycle. He also said that he didn't take more that 50mcg dose during whole 4 weeks cycle. I really don't know if the IGF's from research peptides companies are chemically synthesized or mix of other substances with the similar side effects. I don't know if the real chemically synthesized IGF is total garbage or it works just a little. I will definitely start o log after I'll receive the LONG® R3 IGF-I from Repligen. I am going to share my upcoming experience with the rIGF-1 on this forum.
